Four seasons in one Nordic Walk!

I think refreshing is the word for this mornings walk although  my walkers might disagree and say very cold or even freezing lol. At about zero degrees we started with sunshine followed by a few flakes of snow and then a touch of rain on the way back across the beach!  It didn’t take long to warm up tho but the walk back on the beach was rather chilly.

A few stretches on the beach at the end and we were ready for a coffee and some well earned food!

Layering up is so important on days like this if you have enough you won’t get cold and once you get going you can always take one or two off!
